In the event that the bird is still there, it would be good if someone kept watch to prevent it from being disturbed. The ATV's often race through the grove of trees where it was photographed. It is the FPL substation next to the canal. Turn south on SW 196th Avenue at the Hess gas station on Pines Boulevard. Go to the far south end of 196th and park safely-- walk the dirt path south right into the power station property. The crane was photographed at that spot around noon. I cannot get back until tomorrow. Any need to notify FWC?
