Rafael Galvez, Michelle Davis and I did a 2 hour seawatch from the 1st St Jetty at Government Cut starting at 6:45 AM. While we couldn't pull in any alcids nor any Scoter, the common loon flight was exceptional to say the least. By the end of our vigil we had totled 215 birds and more were still moving when we left.
Below is the list via eBird.
Good birding!

All birds reported? Yes
Comments: Spent 99% of the time stationary on the jetty. Otherwise walled to and from parked car. Loons were streaming across heading south often in groups of 2-6. Awesome loon flight!

215 Common Loon -- Steady stream heading south. Dark above, light below, trailing legs and turned feet as long as outstretched neck and long heavy bill. No RTLO candidates.
