Well Wakodahatchee is pretty good for monk parakeets, and decent for black-headed parakeets. The monk parakeets have a nest on a large power pole just outside the park entrance on jog, so you can find them out there, and also flying over the wetlands pretty much every day.

The office parks off Rogers Circle in Boca, where they border Broken Sound, have a fairly large colony of red-masked parakeets. I've been hearing parakeets around the trailer park behind the 7-11 gas station at Lyons and Hillsboro for a few years now, when I stop there for gas, so I think they've got a home somewhere around there - but I don't know what type of parakeets.
