I would think that any of the Razorbills that make their way around the Keys and up into the Gulf are doomed. If they were to survive until March/April will they know to fly south back around the Keys and then back north along the Atlantic coast when the breeding notion hits them?

If any of them live that long I would think they might just think about a straight north movement, which would bring them over the states, the mountains, etc., and they'd be doomed in that way.
