Rick, this is the flock of approximately 200 scoters I got there in time to see, along with Judd Patterson and my son Taylor. Notice there is one Razorbill in this flock, visible in your photograph. Start from the right, look for that "peak" on the wave break and count five birds (yellow dots in your photo) to the left. The Razorbill is just over the break with its wings up; you can clearly see its white belly.
