Saturday afternoon Barry Heimlich and I saw a Razorbill at the Port Everglades Inlet about 100 yards east of the north jetty. We also saw a very large flock of Black Scoters numbering about 300 birds flying south. Both observations were made from the end of the south jetty at John U. Lloyd State Park.
