I was there this evening at 5:15PM as the light was beginning to fail and one Neotropic Cormorant was present. You'll enter the wetland and eventually reach a split. Take the left (north) path and cross the berm where you'll see an island with several nesting cormorants and anhinga. The Neotropic Cormorant was near the top and was actively calling.
