I spotted the Razorbill at Boynton Inlet. What I observed was the bird feeding. It was "cprralling" the bait fish in circles then "diving" into the "ball" and coming out with a fish. I quizzed fishmen whom were also watching the bird. They said the bait fish numbers in Boynton werew way up and affecting their fishing.
