Thinking that the seas had calmed down today, I went over to the Boynton Inlet, arriving around 3 pm, to check for the Razorbill. I ran into Brian, Jim Morris, Cajun Spice, Sue McKemy, and a few others who I neglected to ask their names (sorry).
By the time I left, around 5 pm, I had chocked up hundreds of Razorbills, bunches of Northern Gannets, dozens of Black Scoters, a smattering of Jaegers, and a handful of Magnificent Frigatebirds (in addition to the regular gulls and terns). There were no Nandays at the Inlet, itself, but I heard dozens in the neighborhood.
Oh, by the way, the "calm" seas covered all of my equipment (camera, scope, tripods, me) with salt spray.
