I scanned off of Government Cut from 11:45 to 1:30 and had seven flocks of Razorbills all moving south. In total, I had nearly four hundred. A small flock of five was so close to shore, they had to move farther offshore to pass by the jetty. They would have been very easy to see from Virginia Key.
I could not find any scoters, but did have Red-breasted Merganser, Common Loons,Northern Gannets, and a jaeger offshore (I'm inclined to say Pomarine due to it's structure).
