Seas today (12/13) are much calmer than recent days so I scanned offshore for Razorbills, with no luck. However, at 7:15 a Pomarine Jaeger flew south-to-north, apparently attracted to the gull activity near 7 anchored fishing boats. It circled once, then kept going. About 10 minutes later, 2 more Pomarine Jaegers followed the same pattern. They all were dark birds with varying degrees of white in the primaries. I ruled out Parasitic because the birds were very heavy-bodied, flew very directly and had deep and deliberate wing beats. None harassed the gulls.
There were also 2 Common Loons and a flock of 35 (mostly female) Black Scoters that took off toward Government Cut.
