Arch Creek, Greynolds and Enchanted Forest Parks were very active today with large flocks of Goldfinches flying into Greynolds Park throughout the morning and roosting/feeding primarily in the large Casarina trees growing around the Mound and on the south side of the park near the Stone Bridge. Mixed in one flock were three Pine Siskins heard and observed feeding on the cones of the Casarina. I counted at minimum 75-100 Goldfinches between 7:00am -10:30am.
