: I saw the Thick-billed Vireo with my son this afternoon between the lighting and the rain showers. The bird is located in West Lake Park by the Anne Kolb Nature Center in Hollywood located 2.7 miles east of I-95 on the north side of the road. Drive past the entrance on the south side of Sheridan until you see the north entrance with the name of Anne Kolb Nature Center.
: The bird was singing as I arrived by light pole number 26 and then was seen as far as light pole number 66. I was able to photograph the bird as well as make some sound recordings.

: Great call by Julie Wraithmell, this is not an easy I.D!
:
: I will give an update on a great Dry Tortugas season hopefully today.

Robin Diaz and Steve Gross have just seen and got great looks at the Thick-billed Vireo in West Lake Park. They saw the bird near light pole number 85 by the DO NOT ENTER sign.
