: spent two hours at snyder park in ft lauderdale just north of the airport, it was my first time there. walked several of the nature trails and did not see a soul but there were dozens of black and white warblers, oven birds at every turn, about 10 blackpole warblers, one common yellowthroat and an indigo bunting. most of the birds were close to the road and few on the trails.
I am travelling to Ft. Lauderdale later this month for a wedding. My return flight leaves at 10:20 a.m. and I was looking for a place to shoot (camera) some birds in the early morning hours before my flight. I was considering Snyder Park or the Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. I would appreciate your input.
