Migrants were in short supply today: 3 Common Yellowthroats, 1 Cape May, 1 Blackpoll, 1 Red-eyed Vireo.
We did see a good collection of exotics, including Hill Mynas, Blue-and-yellow Macaws, Yellow-chevroned Parakeets, and 3 Scaly-headed Parrots (Pionus maximiliani). At one point a Red-shouldered Hawk caused some excitement among the parrots.
White-crowned Pigeons were seen by some, as was Black-whiskered Vireo.
Other notable species included Yellow-billed Cuckoo, Gray Kingbird, Chimney Swift, Purple Martin, and, for those who were slow to leave, Swallow-tailed Kite.
