The Miami Christmas Bird Count takes place on Saturday, December 15. Birders are needed to help cover several areas within the circle, including the Downtown area, Miami Beach, Miami Shores and Oleta River State Park. In addition, anyone living within the count circle (see link to map below) is invited to share backyard or neighborhood bird sightings from count day or count week (December 12-18).
