At about 7 AM two flocks of black scooter headed south just outside N Miami beach, flying low, 10 and 30 birds, respectively. A few frigatebirds were also patrolling the area. The day before yesterday, i.e. Nov 6, there were about 25 blue-crowned parakeets in palms along the main road on Treasure Island.
