Hey birders! This weekend was awesome for me. Now that my bike is working I searched around my neighborhood. I ended up seeing many migrants. I'm going to go to Matheson much more frequently next winter. I'm 5 minuted away from there on bike. I went to the area across Old Culter Road from Matheson where the junco was found earlier. I ended up with Pileated Woodpecker, Great Crested Flycatcher, Painted Bunting (male and females), Indigo Buntings (females), and Palm Warblers (nice males).
Around my neighborhood I found:
Cape May Warbler
Black-throated Blue Warbler- males and females
Palm Warbler
Prairie Warbler
Blackpoll Warbler- many
Northern Parula
Black-and-white Warbler
American Redstart
Common Yellowthroat
Great Birding!
