Chris Wood and Gary Rosenberg leading a Wings Tour saw the Red-legged Honeycreeper at Ft. Zachary Taylor in Key West. They had the bird at 9:30 this morning in the southwest corner of the park high in some Australian Pines. All of their group saw the bird but it then flew and they were not able to relocate it. The bird is mostly in alternate plumage with some yellow-olive feather showing on the underside.
