I'm planning on birding Three Lakes on 4/29. I believe there was a recent field trip there - I have the notes posted on this board. Just wondering if there is any advice for spotting turkeys and the red-cockaded woodpecker. If I get there around 8:30am will it be early enough to get these birds?
I'm also hoping to get a Whooping Crane, ScrubJay, Sandhill and Caracara. Any advice on these also much appreciated!
