Great birding this morning. I was out for about 25min, I had a meeting!
In a strangler fig, I saw a
1. Blackpoll Warbler, witch I almost confused for a Black and White Warbler. Life bird for Ernie and me.
2. Yellow Breasted Chat (New bird for Deering List)
3. Great Crested Flycatcher (A pair that is very vocal and has also been around for about 2 weeks now).
4. American Redstart- First one for the season
Fly bys:
5. Black necked stilts (about 20 birds flew by)
6. Red-breasted Merganser
7. Green winged teal (3 flew by as well)
