RFI Roseate Tern

Will be in the Keys this weekend, and would love to locate a Roseate Tern or two. The Pranty guide indicates purchasing admission to the fort in SW Key West and searching along the pilings and channel markers as the best way to see this species. Is this information still accurate? Thanks a bunch!
