To expand on Ben's directive:

Turnpike to Exit 81 (Atlantic Blvd)

Go east to Hagen Ranch Road. Turn left

Go north on Hagen Ranch Road about 2.2 miles (past LAke Ida road--more on this below) to the sign Green Cay Wetland. Turn right, park, enter and die of pure pleasure!

When you leave, go south on Hagen Ranch Rd about 1.2 miles to Lake Ida road. Turn left (east) and go 1 mile to jog Road. Turn left (north) and go about .8 miles to Wakodahatchee. A "2-fer" if ever there was one.

Put another way, Wakodahatchee and Green Cay are almost on a straight line east to west. Wako is on Jog and Green Cay is on Hagen Ranch Rd. HRR and Jog road parallel one another on a north-south direction cutting Atlantic Blvd. Jog road goes considerably further south. Hagen Ranch dead ends at Atlantic Blvd.

So far so good. Now, if you want a 3-fer, take Atlantic westbound until SR7/441 and then go north about 5-7 miles to Loxahatchee. Cool huh?

And if you want a 4-fer, take 441/SR7 further north to Forest Hill Blvd (about what 8 miles?) and then turn right (east) and take in Okeeheelee which is pretty close to SR7/441. And watch the parade of buntings.

And at the end of that day, wow...find Paul B and take on some meisterbrau
