The spindalis was still present later this afternoon feeding on figs at the "cathedral" in the back 40 of the Key West Tropical Forest and Botanic Garden. The 14 warblers present today and yesterday included

Cape May, blackthroated blue, blackthroated green, palm, prairie, black and white, prothonotary, redstart, blue-winged (according to someone's listing), overnbird, worm-eating, Kentucky and Swainson's (again, not mine), and yellowthroat.

There were also yellow-throated, red-eyed, and white-eyed vireos, two scissor-tailed flycatchers, indigo bunting, eastern wood pewee.
