It's hard to imagine as many as I have seen were indiviuals and no others have been seen around. The first one I saw was a definate male, the lighting has been poor enough I can't call whether the rest were many females, but the photos show faint to absent necklaces. Last winter 2 female Rose Breasted Grosbeaks were regulars so hope springs eternal.
