There are two birds... but I only got a photo of one. Josh has some good photos as does Larry Manfredi. The birds are inside the dump in a flooded marsh area on the west side of the mound.
Larry and I were fortunate to gain access through Josh. We were on our way to ask permission at the office when we saw Josh in the parking lot.
Josh has seen both birds well enough to see there are no bands. The birds are also very skid-dish.
