Was able to bird the park for about an hour before work. Homeless Hammock and lake parking were the busiest areas. Main hammock was quiet. 10 species of warblers seen. Saw the following birds:
Great Blue Heron
Merlin
Common Gallinule
Mourning Dove
Collared Dove
Red-bellied Woodpecker
Red-eyed Vireo
Blue Jay
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher
N. Mockingbird
Starling
Hill Myna
Tennessee Warbler
Magnolia Warbler
Cape May Warbler
Prairie Warbler
Palm Warbler (several on ground)
Prothonotary Warbler (male)
American Redstart (male and female)
Black-and-white Warbler
Worm-eating Warbler
Ovenbird
Summer Tanager (2 females)
Common Grackle
