Marie, I don't know if you are coming down to Miami at all, but if so here are directions to see them on the beach and yes, I seem them nearly every day in the middle of the afternoon at this spot.

Take I95 South to I195 toward the beach. Stay on I195 all the way until it ends and then stay on the road that it turns into -Arthur Godfrey Rd. (41st). Take this several blocks to Pinetree Drive and turn left (north) and the Jewish Community Center is one block up and on the right. The Blue-crowned are in the palms there every afternoon.
