Weekend birding

Had a good weekend birding with a friend from California. Had a pair of Gray Kingbirds at Mahoganey Hammock in Everglades NP. Also 2 Barred Owls and Short-tailed Hawk at Royal Palms. Most interesting was a Snail Kite at Flamingo.

Today I had my first Monk Parakeet at Harris Park in Tavenier, in the Keys.
