Baggs in the Afternoon

There were loads of birds at Baggs this afternoon after the rains.

The best bird was a male Wilson's Warbler on the bike path about 50 yards north of the point where the path reaches its terminus at the south end of the park.

There was also an Acadian Flycatcher near the restrooms just west of the midway point of the nature trail.

In terms of migration, numerous common species were present with Ovenbirds by far being the most numerous. There were also several Worm-eating Warblers.
