Carlos and I birded Matheson Hammock, starting at the dog park area, checking the westernmost end, then the east side of Old Cutler Road. Migrants were fairly abundant in patches, especially along the eastern edge of the open area, and the westernmost end.
I stayed a bit after Carlos left, but the rain eventually drove me away.

Bobolink- several overhead, but at least five in tall grass where the sparrow was found
