I relocated the bird again at 6:45PM. It was feeding on the ground 2 feet from the sidewalk by the picnic table and grill near the clearing that Toe described earlier (west side of the sidewalk this time).
Thanks everyone for the great directions! It was a great lifer and I celebrated with a Shipyard Pumpkinhead tonight.
