Upon return the the TAS walk at Fairchild Botanical Gardens, I was delighted to see an Ovenbird looking through the leaves of my backyard Mango tree. I always wonder if it is the same bird. Last year's bird stayed all day in my yard visiting different areas in a fairly predictable pattern. When I would go into my backyard I would see it sitting in the same shrubs each time. It would tolerate my presence to a certain degree; moving to the the most distant point in the same shrub but not flying away. After seeing the Ruby-throated Hummers at Fairchild, I have put up my second feeder. The Kentucky Warbler seen at Fairchild was a real beauty and enjoyed by all!
