Started my day off with some birding at Evergreen Cemetery. The only thing special there was a possible Acadian Flycatcher. It never called and I only got a few seconds on it, so I documented it as a Empidonax species. Would of been a life bird so I would of liked to confirm my gut instinct.
Evergreen:
Copper's Hawk
Chimney Swift (25)
Belted Kingfisher
Red-bellied Woodpecker
Empidonax sp. flycathcer
Red-eyed Vireo (4)
Blue Jay (several)
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher (7)
Yelow-throated Warbler
Prairie Warbler (3)
American Redstart (9)
Worm-eating Warbler (3)
Common Gallinule
After there I hit Richardson Park for about 45 minutes. As usually this little park was very active. Had both a Prothonatary and a Yellow-throated Vireo before the lawn service chased everything off.
Richarson Park:
White Ibis (8)
Eurasian-collared Dove (2)
Red-bellied Woodpecker
Yellow-throated Vireo
Red-eyed Vireo (3)
Blue Jay
Barn Swallow
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher
Northern Mockingbird
Prairie Warbler (2)
American Redstart (3)
Prothonotary Warbler
Worm-eating Warbler
Northern Cardinal
Boat-tailed Grackle
