The nature trail at A.D. Barnes Park this morning was alive with the sound of music. A chorus of Northern Parulas and Prairie Warblers singing could be heard throughout the park.A female Wilson's Warbler (FOY), reported by Megan on March 13th, and a Hermit Thrush were near the elevated boardwalk. Also found in mixed flocks were a Blue-headed Vireo, a second Hermit Thrush, Black and White, Ovenbird, Palm, Yellow-rumped, Yellow-throated, Pine, Black-throated Blue and American Redstart bringing the warbler count for the day up to eleven.A Chucks-will-widow (FOY)was flushed from the ground near the small gazebo and perched in a Live Oak.
