I stopped this afternoon in search of Cerulean, but didn't find one. Down the service road I did find decent numbers of migrants, including Redstart, Prairie, Parula, Black-and-white, Yellow-throated, and Louisiana Waterthrush for warblers. Also lots of Gnatcatcher and a Red-eyed Vireo. Where the service road opens up, to the left before the arch formed by trees on either side, I saw the Cuban Grassquit singing away on a snag. Nice song for such a little bird. Attached is a crappy photo - horrible lighting, as always.
