I had a Yellow-fronted Canary last year at Kendall Indian Hammocks during autumn migration which sang from the top of the same tree for a few months. If an obviously escaped African finch can potentially prosper and setup a territory at a suburban park, I don't see why a Cuban Grassquit could not.
