Hey birders! This morning I was birdwatching my backyard seeing American Redstart, Black-throated Blue Warbler, Yellow-rumped Warblers and catbirds in my bath. In the neighborhood I found 2 Brown Thrashers at there usual spot, and a Purple Martin. Anyways, a call got my attention from far away. I tried to locate the bird and found out that it was a Tufted Titmouse! It was on the trees in the center of Lourdes High School. It did like a whistling call. I heard it for a long time. I ran to get my camera to get acceptable photos but when I came back it wasen't there. I'll try to search for it this afternoon around the area. The address of the school is 5525 Southwest 84 Street Miami, Florida 33143. Go to the 54th ave which is the east side of the school. Then go north on the street for about 50 feet. Then look to the west and look for the tall trees in the center of the school. I hope somebody can see it. Great birding!
