I was in the area so I stopped by briefly this afternoon. I found ~10 Gnatcatchers, 2 Redstarts, 2 Prairies, a Yellow-throated Warbler, and a Red-eyed Vireo. By spring migration standards, this was a fallout!
There were also two Spot-breasted Orioles over the paved path on the eastern side of Homeless Hammock.
