Black Throated Gray

On Sunday, Feb 27, about 9:00 am, a black-throated gray warbler was in a small cassia tree (yellow flowers), on the east side of the corner of Michigan and 13th in South Miami Beach. It was very tame, loved the tree's green caterpillars, and was joined by Parula, lots of myrtles, and a common yellowthroat male. Also two male Baltimore orioles in the same area. I saw the btg warbler later in the day in almost the exact location ( in a beauty-leaf tree) a few feet south.
