Are you sure it was not a Greater Ani? One was reported from Crandon Park last year; it's provenance is in discussion by the FOSRC (it would be a first North American record). A Greater Ani is quite a bit bigger than SB ANi, had more iridescent plumage, a longer different shaped bill, and a pale eye.
