March 15, 1800 hours. I've been seeing the White Pelicans, Roseates, Wood Storks, numerous waders, Anhingas for 2-3 weeks. They are regularly seen anywhere from the middle of the northernmost passing zone south to about mile marker 119.5. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day. Be careful if you pull off, as traffic is fast-moving along there.
I drove over to Ft Myers last week and saw 2 flocks of 50+ White Pelicans along with numerous waders (no spoonbills) feeding along Highway 41 as well.
