On the Anhinga Trail at Royal Palm (Everglades), I saw a small, roundish bird flitting in the brush alongside the walk. It's body was green, and it had some yellow on its face and a black mask around its eyes like a Cedar Waxwing. Does anyone know what it might be?
Also, along the trail (in the lake area) was a nest with 4 baby anhingas -- they were precious! Two people with very expensive camera set-ups were taking photos, so maybe they'll be posted online or published somewhere.
