The main La. Waterthrush migration starts 2nd-3rd week of March. February sightings of migrants (as opposed to wintering birds) are fairly unusual. There have been a very few Feb. reports in the last few years, but it is unclear to me which are migrants (except the Snake Bight birds a few years ago, which wintered).
