I'm sorry, I wasn't aware of this. Seeing how photos got posted over a dozen times last year (Western Spindalis 1/25/04 and 11/02/04, Warblers 4/13/04, 4/18/04 and 10/25/04, Pelagics 6/28/04, Phalarope 10/05/04, Eastern Wood-Pewee 9/12/04, etc) I assumed it wouldn't be a problem. Apologies.
