For anyone interested, I've put all of the field trips (i.e., no meetings, no plant sales, etc.) into a file that can be imported into any calendar program that supports .ICS files (pretty standard, actually). You can find the file at

Please note:
With a few exceptions, if a trip does not indicate an ending time then I've arbitrarily assigned 4:00 pm if the description mentions lunch, otherwise 11:00 am. Please take this into account when making your plans.
