Cuban Grassquit

Yesterday, June 23, at approximately 3 pm we found a Cuban Grassquit at Matheson Hammock County Park. It was near the end of the nature trail opposite Fairchild Tropical Gardens in the shrubs just before the open field.

The bird was actively singing.
