This morning around ten o'clock we were walking in Naples and saw literally thousands of birds flying overhead - we did not know what they were until some of them landed in a field and near the road to drink from puddles. They were robins! The flight lasted about one half hour. We have never seen anything like that. Are they headed north this early? There is still over two feet of snow in New England!
