Birded Matheson on Sunday 6/17 during the afternoon, Service Road area and adjacent open area. The hammocky area only had Cardinals while the open area had a couple of noisy Orange-winged Parrots and Hill Mynas, some Red-bellied Woodpeckers and individual Chimney Swift and Turkey Vulture. A Cooper's Hawk showed up and chased the Mynas until they were out of sight but the Mynas got away since they later flew back and perched on the same tree they were on.

Today had Cave Swallows, Chimney Swift, Purple Martin, White-crowned Pigeon, Least Tern and Swallow-tailed Kite near the SW 107 Ave. and Sunset Dr. Canal.
