At Hoechoka Hammock. Every morning feeding at the "wildlife viewing area." You old timers know the way. Photogrophy distance is about 45 feet; male and female. So far no ducklings. This pattern is about the same in time and place as last year and the female showed up with 5 ducklings at the end of June.
For all my friends: they have some cool birds in Wyoming and my "lifer" was this great gray owl. Thirty five years I have been waiting to see one of these. Now the chase is over.
